France 2027
Paris - Champagne - Chablis - Burgundy
Itinerary
Full Pull Travel returns to France for a week built around some of the country’s most celebrated wine regions. Beginning in Paris and continuing through Champagne, Chablis, and Burgundy, the journey combines private tastings, memorable meals, historic sites, and time to experience each region at a comfortable pace.
The itinerary is designed for a small group and balances access with ease. Private transportation, daily breakfast, all lunches, select dinners, and winery visits are included, allowing guests to focus on what’s in your glass rather than the logistics. Along the way, we’ll spend time with both renowned producers and smaller family estates, explore the villages and landscapes that define these regions, and finish the week in Beaune with a celebratory farewell dinner.
It is a trip centered on wine, but just as much on place, hospitality, and the shared experience of discovering France together.

Paris will once again be the starting point for the journey. We’ll settle into Hôtel Château Frontenac, ideally located near the Faubourg Saint-Honoré and just a short walk from some of central Paris’s most elegant streets, shops, and restaurants. That evening, we’ll gather for welcome drinks and dinner with Pascal, who will walk us through the week ahead as we raise a glass to the start of the trip. The next morning, we’ll leave Paris behind and head east toward Champagne, where the heart of the journey begins.
-
Champagne will be the heart of the first half of the trip, with three nights in Reims at Hôtel de la Paix. We’ll explore the region through a mix of iconic houses and smaller family producers, with visits to Veuve Clicquot and Taittinger, a private estate experience with lunch hosted by the owner, and time along the scenic Route du Champagne. We’ll also visit Reims Cathedral, stroll the Avenue de Champagne in Épernay, and stop in Hautvillers, the village closely associated with Dom Pérignon. With Champagne tastings, vineyard landscapes, historic villages, and long lunches along the way, this portion of the trip is designed to show both the grandeur and the more personal side of the region.

Burgundy will bring the journey to a close with three nights in Beaune at Hôtel Le Cep, a five-star property in the heart of the historic city. On the way south, we’ll stop in Chablis for lunch and a winery visit before settling into Beaune. From there, we’ll explore both the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, with winery tastings, a guided visit to the historic Hospices de Beaune, lunch and wine at Olivier Leflaive, and a drive along Burgundy’s famed Route des Grands Crus through villages such as Vosne-Romanée and Vougeot. We’ll also visit Clos de Vougeot before ending the trip with a Michelin-starred farewell dinner, a fitting finale to a week centered on great wine, food, and place.
